hope

so i took a walk today. probably no one thinks that's a big deal, but it is. i haven't been able to take a walk in months. but i've been feeling good for several days now and it was a beautiful day...couldn't wait to get out of work and take a walk. and i'm no worse for the wear, not even sore now. it's a nice feeling...gives me hope that things are on the upswing and i'm finally digging myself out of this deep dark hole. thanks for the walk, jeff :)
