Five months

i feel like i just wrote my post for 4 months...how did we get to 5 months so fast!?  so much has changed and she's growing like a weed.  i've cleared out all of the three month clothes and some of the six month clothes are tight.  thanks to my sister for all of her donations and thanks to everyone who gives clothes as gifts.

my list of accomplishments (by cassie):

• i almost crawl...i spin and back up and roll and plank and prop myself up and stick my bottom in the air so i can move around
• i can sit up...for a second or two...i can't wait until i can do this all the time...playing will be so much easier
• i twist all around when someone is holding me
• i eat cereal...boy do i love that stuff!
• i watch people eat...can't wait to try some of that stuff
• i drink mostly formula...i think mommy broke or something
• i wear size 3 diapers but sometimes they still leak!
• i can grab my toes and suck my thumb
• i went to long island and new hampshire...but i don't really like long car rides yet
• i take walks in my big girl stroller...how fun!
• i let mommy and daddy go on two dates...nice aren't i?
• i can make a squeaky screeching sound...i think people like it
• i can entertain myself...sometimes
• i can hold my bottle and put my pacifier in my mouth with no help
• i sleep through the night most nights...i think that makes mommy and daddy happy
• i think my hair is growing...maybe?  my bald spot is filling in, i know that much.
• i love my penguin and my sophie and my pink ball and that frog i pull down that hangs on my car seat
• i love our kitties, duke and daisy...they're my pals
• i love to smile big

we hit our five month milestone while daddy was away at dudes weekend, so we had to take extra pictures.  here are a few of our faves...
