Halloween

seriously halloween is going to give me a freakin heart attack.  i usually like this holiday, but now with a kid it's just annoying.  i'm having trouble finding the pleasure in it.  i'm sure when i see her in her costume, i'll feel differently (i hope), but the lead up to it just sucks.

she has to wear a costume to six different things.  it's white.  yeah i know, my bad, but whatever.  how many times am i going to wash this costume in a week?  i'm thinking six.  no wait, five because i'm just going to dump it after the last wearing.  not to mention that it comes with feet and i have to go all martha stewart on it so that my dear little girl can walk in it.  and do we really think she's going to wear it six times?  no.  well i have a back up costume just in case.

now let's get to the "healthy snacks" that i have to prepare for her little toddler party at school.  i just peeled so many freakin cuties that my manicure is orange and my skin peeled away from my thumbnail.  and i still have two left.  cuties, not fingernails.  not to mention the cukes i peeled and cut into like 50 cute little toddler size pieces.  blah.  

i need a butterfinger.
